It really is an awesome deal.
I'm considering getting it, but I already have a lot of the games like the DoW games, sans Retribution and Chaos, Saints Row, Red Faction, Metro, STALKER, and the The Company of Heroes games. So I'd mainly get Retribution, Titan Quest and Homefront out of it. Which is a little meh.

The only games in it I owned were the Company of heroes ones, though I wish steam would give you giftable copies of the games you already owned, I am sure one of my friends would have liked it.

For what I remember GTA IV is quite flexible in terms of settings.
