Only 12 bucks, I figure I cant go wrong. Though the downside being that M&B is probably obsolete now that I have warband too.

No it offers a lot of freedom but not as much freedom as Oblivion or something. Like you can attack towns and such but you have to choose to attack them with your army when you enter. You can't just walk around town slicing villagers up.
Oh and it's not like Oblivion in that you're just one guy with total free roam of the world. The world map is basically just point and click and your icon moves there and you'll see icons for towns, enemies, caravans and whatnot and except when you're walking around towns, you are in control of one large army you get by recruiting people.
Most people know this but I thought I'd explain it just in case because my friend used to think it was basically like Elder Scrolls except medieval.

Yeah the only upside to the regular MB is that there's some really good mods for it that haven't been converted for Warband. Like a Civil War era one I can't remember the name of.

Good Regular MB has a great western mod.
whoo M&B complete is only $12.50
and M&B warband is a surprisingly small (disk space wise) game, only about 700 mb.

Play some map like bunker. Put a lot of turrets (both types) at the top of the hill. Go up to repair them at times.
Get the mines and the rocket launcher early, to easily dispatch of the tough vehicles before they can do some serious harm, then you should be able to get it after just a bit of playing.

Join the steamgifts steam group. Add the moderator to the steam group (cultpbm) and ask for an invite. When you get one sign up on steamgifts.com and join all the frozen synapse raffles.

Go to bunker map, play normal, purchase rocket lawnchair and assault rifle with grenade launcher, gather those resources near the hq (they are always same places), put anti tank on middle of the base and one mg near that destroyed vehicle prop and other one to watch that 2 way route.
Upgrade those bunkers and antitank placements, put more stuff and then upgrade yourself and remember don't start hunting Officer until you have done everything :v:

Waited week in inn and nothing, I guess I'll have to use SAM.
So I got the Doom pack and was blazing through the demon hordes with my minigun I found after a bit of secret digging (Secrets were evil to get to back then :c ) and I couldn't help but realize the music is 8-bit (Or something similar), not the original quality we all know and love. I was wondering how to go about fixing this. While it doesn't detract from the game overall, I'd still like the classic Doom music we all know.
