It wasn't enabled, it seems. But I think you can get it now since the game just updated.
My card has been put on hold, expecting a call from my bank asking if it's me buying things. My last purchase was 4th July for £10, purchase I'm trying to make is £8, surely this isn't small enough to be cause for concern? Especially considering I buy from steam pretty much every month.

I already had EFLC when I bought the complete pack and I didn't get an extra key on Steam. It's probably the same for GTA IV.
Did valve took down the video ticket?! It's not in the list and i got 10 tickets instead of 11.

Goddammit steam, here I was thinking I could go and get out of this summer sale only spending 10$, nope. Fucking Gothic pack on sale for 18$, I nostalgia-gasm'd and immediately bought it.
