If you already own Left 4 Dead, Killing Floor. I played more Left 4 Dead than Killing Floor in total (and by Left 4 Dead I mean 1 and 2 combined), but I regularly go back to Killing Floor (the big updates help a lot) and Left 4 Dead just bores me when I play it.
