What about the games that aren't available for pre-purchase?

I'm glad I bought both the humble indie bundles and the potato sack pack as I have yet to buy an indie game to get a ticket (except for beat hazard).

I'd love the GTA IV: Complete Pack. But fuck downloading that. Especially on my childish 2Mb internet connection. It throws a fit if I download too much.
