Nope, it should just be added straight to your account as soon as you log in if you'd ever played before in the past.
I'm sure the 45 days would be long over for me now. It's too late in the night for any sort of math.

it's fucking impossible to play with the fuckloads of lag, i'm insanely disappointed because i remember how much fun it was, now with this single worldwide server bullshit the game is unplayable.
