I kept an eye on Planetside from 2004 until now. I haven't been able to play because of the subscriptions.

Click the "Forgot Username" button on the Station Launcher. There is no problem. Just saying. :zoid:
Oh for fuck's sake... it only let me process one of my accounts. I have 3 others and the password change thing won't let me do any of them, keeps telling me to restart the Password Change flow... but no matter how many times I restart it, I get the same error. Bonus points for being closed on Saturday, fucking retards...
Exact error message:
"We're sorry, we are unable to proceed. Please restart the Reset Password flow to try again."
So yeah, until I get this figured out, no accounts are going out.
Oh yeah, I get extra bonus points for activating the one account that has no characters on it. FUCK... you know what, fuck that. I don't want to roll another character when I already have a BR10+ NC one somewhere.[B] The account has been given away.

The password retrieval system is broken so I can't actually get my password for my old accounts sadly.
The only account I could get onto was one with SWG on it.

The 45-day period starts from when you first log into your account AFAIK. You have until August 31st to claim it I think it was.

I had to go through the password reset a good six or seven times before it actually let me do it, but I finally got around to it. Planetside itself has been working like a charm, it's just SOE's site that's a bitch.
Hmm, for some reason every time I get past the character selection screen, it comes up with the message 'You have left the world' .
It was working fine yesterday, does anyone know what could be the problem?
Edit: And it seems its only my NC character with that problem. Anyone else have this?

NC Sanctuary is locked, no one knows why. I think that's the reason why you can't get on your NC character.

I personally think every single heavy weapon is overpowered when it's being fired at me but when I use it I think it's weak.
I've come to the conclusion that I'm not very good at killing people.
And wow, 12% NC pop. Is it usually like this for NC these days?

Yes it is because no one can login. I guess they all went to TR, they have a pretty high pop now. Now the NC pop is at 9% and I think it will drop even lower.
No more 3ways soon if it keeps going like this!
If I recall, this happened to one of the Rock Paper Shotgun writers years ago and he made an epic last stand with the last 30 TR players against an onslaught of NC players who had the largest pop.
Wonder if that's happening right now...

Well seeing as though TR was locked down and everyone had went over to NC. They were up against hundreds of NC players and they didn't last long but it was an epic last stand.
I'm going to start up a TR outfit for the [i]real men[/i] in this thread if there's enough of us. Is anyone interested?
The VS just got kicked out of Solsar. There was 2 TR for every one of us. I remember why I like this game.
NC are outnumbered 2:1 on Ishundur, could use help.
Is there any free trial for PlanetSide? I might want to give it a try.
