When I try to rate someone, the screen darkens and the icon I wanted to rate someone shows up on the center of the screen.
Now it no longer does that

PCs are pretty expensive and ~$10 wouldn't set you back too much.

There is a sudden explosion of light – the blowout has started. Bolts of lightning light up the sky with increasing intensity and frequency; one strikes the truck. It is catapulted into the air, burning chunks of bodywork and coffins are scattered in all directions. Some of the coffins are split open, revealing the bodies inside. Each of the bodies has the sleeve of one arm rolled up to reveal a tattoo on the hand. And each hand has exactly the same tattoo…
As the scattered parts of the truck lie smouldering, the blowout dies down, and the sun starts to come up. A man in a uniform identical to those on worn by the corpses is seen running around the scene. He is checking the open coffins, prodding the bodies with the tip of his boot. First one body, then a second, then a third… then suddenly one of the bodies stirs, emitting a groan and opening its eyes to reveal a blank and empty gaze.
The Stalker bends down, hunched over the “undead” corpse.
“This one seems to be alive,” he mutters to himself. “They say the “death wagons” only carry dead meat. This one seems to be the only lucky one. Though maybe he’s not as lucky as all that; a few days from now he might find himself regretting the fact he survived. I’d say that the Toad should give me a decent price for this half-dead specimen!”
The Stalker picks up the “undead” corpse and throws him across his shoulder.
We are in the den of the dealer they call the Toad. It’s early in the morning, a new dawn is just breaking. The Toad is seated at the table, eating something. He is making a disgusting-sounding noise and wiping his fat, greasy chops on his sleeve. The door flies open to reveal the Stalker, his quarry on his shoulder.
Toad (disdainfully): “Have you brought me another branded one, then?”
Stalker: “You’ll never believe where I found him…”
Toad (sounding completely uninterested): Where?”
Stalker: “He came off one of the death wagons.”
In his surprise, the Toad drops the bone that he’s been gnawing on: “That’s impossible!”
Stalker: “It’s true – I swear on my life.”
Toad gestures at the table: “Put him on here then.”
Toad frisks the body, which is now semi-conscious. All of the pockets are empty except for a small computer device. The contents have been deleted apart from a single phrase: “Kill the shooter!!!”
Deep in thought, Toad says: “ I guess I can pay you…”
All of a sudden, the half-dead corpse grabs hold of the dealer’s arm in a vice-like grip and snatches his computer before fainting once more.
We see a close-up of his tattooed hand, still clasping the computer.
The tattoo morphs into the name of the game… «S.T.A.L.K.E.R.».
