You might like to try LURK or AMK:SE.

I have Stalker Complete installed. What can I install over this that would make the game better? Or can I install anything over it? I am downloading LURK at the moment. Can it run at the same time? And what sort of cool stuff does Stalker Complete add?

Some small mods are compatible with each other, but no big mods will work side by side. Also Complete is overrated as fucking hell and barely qualifies as a mod.

Well can somebody tell me what to do here? What mods should I get? Like should I be merging them or what? What is better? LURK, that AMK thing or Oblivion Lost. I saw some Super Mod Pack that I am downloading, that I saw in the 1st post. What should I do here.

First you should stop being so confused, and I'm here to help you with that. It isn't all that hard; merging mods is hard shit and you'll likely not do that for at least a year or so. Read up on the features of the mods and figure out which one you like. SmP is utter shit and shouldn't be touched with a twenty foot pole.
