Ok I'm running into a bit of trouble. Playing AMK and I need to go back to the barkeep to finish my mission, but a anomaly has spawned on the stairs down to him, so I can't get by it, because I just die upon touching it. What can I do?

You could always just wait for it to shift, I'm not sure if amk has sleeping, but unless it's one you can set off and run past you should probably just wait for it to move.
Eh Sergei is such a stereotypical Russian name, I already have a Nikolai in this chapter, but I like the variation and the surname Zezibesh supplied so I went with that.
I have found all Russians are named Sasha, my grandpa's name is Sasha, I'm named after my grandpa. My name is actually Alexander but it's Sasha in Russian.
I went and did other missions and came back and it was still there. How long does it usually take for them to shift?
I have found all Russians are named Sasha, my grandpa's name is Sasha, I'm named after my grandpa. My name is actually Alexander but it's Sasha in Russian.
Cool. I want to avoid a mary sue character though, and common names like Sergei can seem a little uninventive which doesn't lend itself to that.

Sasha is an unisex name.
Sasha is an unisex name.
indeed
Ok, fuck the car, I just went straight into a guy in an exosuit at full speed, rolling it, and then he walks up to the car a shoots me.
I liked cars better when they couldn't target you while you were in one. You could just go Grand Theft Auto: Zone and no-one would even notice.
I remember riding a UAZ around the great swamps in CS while drunk. I accidentally drove over like, twelve Clear Sky patrol members. :v: But it's a bitch to drive over the bridges, it barely fits through and the tires tend to get stuck in the holes. Roads are even worse. [editline]5th July 2011[/editline] My UAZ rampage ended by me flipping the UAZ upside down in that lava anomaly next to the machine yard.
Ramming exosuiters is like playing bumper cars, you bounce off them.

[editline]5th July 2011[/editline] dammit TFW! just work!
I get that error when I place a waypoint outside of the AI-Map, meaning NPCs can't use it. Looks like a mistake on behalf of the TFW guys. Try reloading and ordering squads differently.
I went and did other missions and came back and it was still there. How long does it usually take for them to shift?
Emissions shift them. I dreamt that great Britain and germany had switched places on D-day. I was a british soldier and after each wave, we slept to the next day in wait for the next wave. I also had a stalker-like inventory for some reason. :v:
But a name doesn't define a Mary Sue :v:
True but a stereotype is, and I want to keep as far as possible from that, even if that means being a little anal about names I think are too commonly used for a specific group. [editline]5th July 2011[/editline] Also redux crashed! Expression : fatal error Function : CInifile::r_section File : D:\prog_repository\sources\trunk\xrCore\Xr_ini.cpp Line : 502 Description : <no expression> Arguments : Can't open section 'nil'. Please attach [*.ini_log] file to your bug report I don't really mind, I'm not confident enough in my stalker skills to play redux anyways, I feel this is all going to end badly and rather than put me off from it all together I'll just play another mod. TFW here I come.
just got done playing Clear Sky, an underrated game imo. i just love making a long journey from day till night shootin out bandits. idk if its just me that does this but when u see a camp of stalkers, dont u just wana sit with them and listen to them play guitar and watch them down vodka? i once spent a good 10 mins with stalkers at a campfire just observing them.
I use the Steam interface to browse the ''PDA'' internet.

You are program for unzipping files! [editline]5th July 2011[/editline] Was this your doing Paravin? You made me feel bad about helping the bandits...

Don't worry if a bullet swishes by at any point, sometimes I miss on the first shot.
Don't worry if a bullet swishes by at any point, sometimes I miss on the first shot.
That's why a grenade launcher always comes in handy.
Helping bandits, eh? Don't worry if a bullet swishes by at any point, sometimes I miss on the first shot.
I was experimenting with the first mission most players partake in once they reach Skadovsk, I actually regret it because the bandits had quite impressive weaponry and the loners all used TOZ-34's. I'm allowed to experiment, bandits are still douchebags and once I was finished collecting my money I placed their brains on the opposing wall with bullets. [editline]5th July 2011[/editline]
That's why a grenade launcher always comes in handy.
Dear god man, use a rocket!
Rockets fly too straight, grenade launchers lets you mortar the place.
Dear god man, use a rocket!
You can't see the grenades coming. That and faster fire rate.
I doubt it matters, I probably wouldn't react fast enough to dodge the rocket anyways. Wait, am I discussing the best way to turn me into a puddle of gore?
Wait, am I discussing the best way to turn me into a puddle of gore?
Because you work with the bandits.
