Seriously can anybody help out here? My game keeps crashing on Steam when I quicksave. Is AMK: SE compatible with Steam?

I got the first Stalker game last year as a gift. Managed to play 7 hours and it was great. Sadly, I am a massive coward and I quit as soon as I heard that lab X18's (or whatever the name is) name. Would you guys kindly tell me in which Stalker game that you face the most humans? :v:

First there are couple of guys, then it gets darker, then it's staircase down and sounds....

What is secret trails? It sounds like a total conversion. You know what would be cool? If someone *cough mod creator* would remake an enviroment from the Stalker film and it didn't feature monsters, just the area and players were left to navigate the area. It's weird how there are no small "source engine" style redone mods, when ever someone makes a mod they feel the need to completely change the whole game.
