I'd join Clear Sky honestly. They're only people taking a more cautious stance towards The Zone. My question is how the fuck do they have as many members as they do? They don't look like an appealing faction.

Most are mercs, some are aggressive eggheads with a reasonable interest for the zones potential in technology, and medicinal purposes, though theyre the militant side of the ecologists in a nutshell

I'm playing SOC with SMP and whenever I go to the Military Warehouses are with freedom and duty my game crashes. I got a message along the lines of "steam/steamapps/allthewaytoSOCdirectetory/ has requested to shut down the program for a unknown reason. "
The title of the message says something with Windows C++.

The SMP I'm running is fairly old so it could be that, any ideas?

Here's something I wrote stalker related because I was very bored! (Nerts helped!)

[B]S.T.A.L.K.E.R – Duty Calls[/B]
The cold wind that blew due east had snapped me back into consciousness as I sat up and looked around, my emotions mixed with fear and confusion. I sat up and gained my surroundings: I knew I was a long way from home, I patted myself down, to my greatest horror: I discovered that all my weapons, ammo and munitions had been robbed, all I found was a quarter full bottle of vodka by my side, I passed out from the alcohol and was robbed as I slept…bastards. I couldn’t stay here, the sounds of something not human echoed around me, sending chills down my back: I had to find the nearest place possible to re-equip myself and to gain some sort of establishment on my location, I had whipped out my PDA with great haste and checked for the nearest location: it seems that Rostok was the nearest location, I had put back my PDA and made towards Rostok as I tried to regain knowledge of myself. My name is Sergey Asimov, I am 19 years old, I belong to no faction and I have been robbed of all my belongings…I’m fucked.

I was out of breath as I reached Rostok, the sweat raining down from my face, the Duty guards who hold the entrance to Rostok stared me down as I walked through, I tried not to look them in the eye as I feel this will only end in my grave, I recall the 100 rads bar located underground in Rostok, that would be my best bet to find weapons, I had made my through Rostok to 100 rads as I looked around at my surroundings, the area was torn and broken, I was surprised that Rostok hasn’t crumbled into nothing, something tells me that it is not far until it does.

I stood in front of the 100 rads bar as I swallowed, this place had everything you needed, but this comes at a price, my trail of thought was cut off as the bouncer slapped my back in a brotherly manner “I said come in, don’t stand there”, he smiled as he said this to me; I had smiled back as I entered 100 rads and walked down the stairs, the smell of alcohol, cigarettes and gunpowder got stronger as I climbed further down.

I had looked around the bar to see that it was as lively as ever, people sat drinking, smoking and talking, a suspicious hooded man in the corner talking to what appeared to be a loner, the barman was surveying everyone as they continued with their business: he was the man I needed to speak to, as I approach him, I felt a strong arm wrap around my torso which caused me to squeak and blush, I looked up to see a Duty soldier smirking down at me, “Well hello there beautiful, what are you doing in such a nasty place like this?” he spoke as he rubbed my slim torso with his strong hand, my face was bright red as I shivered and stuttered my response out “l-l-looking f-for w-we-“ “Weapons?” he smirked “Y-yes…weapons”, his thumb was rubbing my cheek as he kept massaging my torso: I felt like I was in heaven “Don’t buy anything from these people, they charge more than it’s worth” he nods to behind the bar “Come with me”, he walked on behind the bar as I followed him sheepishly.

I had entered the alien room and looked around at my surroundings, it wasn’t what you would call royalty but it seems like it was in much better keep than the rest of Rostok: there was a double bed in the middle, while I was stuck on this thought; I heard the door shut behind, this caused me to turn and blush at the sight of this shirtless Duty, he looked strong, I couldn’t help but stare. “Enjoying yourself, stalker?” he grinned as he leaned down and pressed his lips against mine, an explosion of flavour had splashed on my tongue, causing me to moan audibly and go deeper into his kiss, my arms wrapped around his strong form. He removed the top half of my clothing and let it drop to the floor, my slim form exposed to him, he grinned down at it as he pulled me into his form, our bodies creating heat from the grinding which added to the pleasure as our tongues clashed and fought for dominance. I felt strong hands on my shoulders which slowly forced me down to my knees, I looked up at him, blushing like crazy and knowing what he wanted, he grins down at me and patted my head “you know what I want”, I looked at his crotch and my eyes widened from the sheer size of it, it looked like he really was packing equipment. I rubbed his wanting bulge as I kissed it, moans of approval coming from above me. I started to fiddle with the belt until I found its Achilles heel, I then pulled down the rest of his clothing, his 10 inch thick length standing proud in the air, I squeaked when I saw it “O-oh my god! It’s huge!” the duty chuckled above me and started to stroke it “want a taste, stalker?” I nodded instantly to his question; he then gripped my shaggy blonde hair and guided my mouth towards the reward for my answer.

I took the head first and started to suckle on it, moaning from the taste of it, I gripped his shaft and started to pump it up and down as I suckled greedily on it, his moans fuelled me even more. I started to take more, inch by inch and sucked the life out of it, its pleasant taste invading my mouth, he suddenly pulled it out of my mouth and dragged me to my feet, he kissed my lips as he growled “Get naked and on your hands and knees”, I obeyed him, exposed the rest of my body and got on my hands and knees on the bed, panting like a bitch in heat. I could feel his rough hands rubbing my ass, assessing it like I was a piece of meat; he strikes it with his hand: causing me to yelp loudly, he grinned at my yelp and started to rub my entrance with the tip of his length, I can’t stop panting and shivering. “How bad do you want it, stalker?” he questioned to me “I-I want it…” I moaned breathlessly, he grabs my hair and pulls my head back “Beg for it” he growled, “Please! I want it so badly!” I was rewarded for my answer as he started to push his length into me, causing my body to shiver uncontrollably and moan so loud the whole of Rostok could hear me, he gripped my hips and started to thrust into me, his thrusts were magical and caused bubbles to pop in my head, I could not stop moaning or panting as he went faster and harder into me, making me his property, his growls making me shiver, he pulled out and lied back on the bed, holding his length up right; I didn’t need to be told once. I climbed on top of him and mounted his length, I moaned out as I started to bounce on his length, his grunts and groans filling my ears. I bounced faster on it, I cuddle onto his form and began to kiss him as I cried out, my ejaculate leaking out of me from the sheer pleasure, and “I’m close“ he groaned at me “on your knees and milk it”, I quickly got on my knees and started to suckle on the head of his length, looking up at him for approval, his loud groans and smirks towards me say I’m doing a good job, his moans got louder and I could feel his length pulsing, he was so close, he cried out and filled my mouth with his cum, I savoured the taste for as long as I could, the creamy, salty substance slowly sliding down my throat as I look up to the giver, he was grinning down at me as he zipped up, “weapons…” he points towards the equipment locker “take your pick”.

SHOC is far better than COP, but they are both good games. Get SHOC, but play WITHOUT mods, your first playthrough. And they both basically both have the same modability
