Well, I wanted your guys opinion on which mods I should try out for SoC. The two big things I'm looking for is a graphic overhaul, just making the game look prettier, and another thing that I'd like is to be able to have some STALKERs just follow me around, 2 loners or so.

I was roaming around Pripyat near the Prometheus Movie Theater. I killed some zombies in there and when I went to loot their bodies a bloodsucker suddenly came out and attacked me. Was that scripted by any chance? Or was it totally random dynamic a-life at its best?

I ask because there were no signs of a bloodsucker. My visibility bar was at zero, and I heard the thing scream as soon as I searched a body near their little fire they had set up.

I never posted it, I only encountered it once after I upgraded my RAM (before that it just crashed).
