Project Snowblind. I don't think it's popular there's like 2 people in multiplayer once a week and none of my friends knew it. It was a really awesome game

Three Kingdoms: Fate of the Dragon (AoE style RTS with lots of in depth options and cool castle sieges)
The Gladiators: Galactic Circus Games (Average at best RTS, think Warcraft III without resource management)
Myth 1,2,3 (Apart from the third, an absolutely amazing RTS series)
Rising Lands (Creative and cool RTS)
Counter Action (Tactical WWII RTS)
B.R.E.E.D. (Average at best alien shooter FPS)
Spartan (similar to the total war series but focuses more on the campaign map than battles)
Pandemonium 2 and Oveboard! for the PSX.
