Hey guys, apparently the [B]anticheat in this game is a rootkit that takes control of your administrative options for better protection[/B]. It doesn't do any known harm, but I figured i'd just put that out there.

Also what is a lucky shot?
i think a lucky shot is when you get a shot off really quickly with a single shot because that's what usually happens when i get it, since when i get a kill while running behind a wall with a single burst i get a lucky shot medal.

Wouldnt that be player skill based then? They have items that increase lucky shot chance.

Lucky Shots are just what they are: lucky. They happen randomly.

I get a Lucky Shot every time I manage to kill someone with one shot that isn't a headshot.
Maybe it's like a... Critical hit? :raise:
And as you said, you increase the chance of a Lucky Shot by items.

Google would be your best bet. Honestly, I haven't seen Lucky shots being much worth since they only give you little Euro/EXP as a reward for getting them. Though, Ijji has hosted events for AvA where you could win stuff if you got lucky shots.

I have googled. The available information on this game is surprisingly low. for example: the wiki just tells you what guns are in capsules for the "capsule shop" entry. Doesnt tell you how to buy them, what rank you need, how much they cost or anything at all useful.

There's your problem.
Lucky shots give you 1 BP, used for capsule discounts, and 100 experience and/or supply points(can't remember). You also need 8 for the daily challenge. Other than that they serve no purpose.

Spas is good with upgrades, it generally takes two shots to kill a guy with it though. I personally prefer the SPAS over the 870, even though it takes an extra shot with it to kill in most circumstances, I've noticed that the SPAS-12 is strangely more effective at a slightly longer range than the 870, probably due to the fact that the damage dropoff affects the shot, but since I can put more on the target faster than the 870 it works out better.
With upgrades, my only real issue with the SPAS-12 is it's abhorrent recoil. The recoil on the 870 doesn't matter because by the time you finish pumping it's nearly centered, but with the SPAS-12 you'll need to pull it back down manually if you're trying to do some quick firing. It takes a bit of practice. :v:
Remi is fucking awesome, thanks guys. Got like 4 kills on one life playing demolition. Very fun to ninja behind the enemy line and kill them one by one with it.
Ugh.It just keeps crashes after 10 minutes of gameplay. Guess ijji never bothered fixing their game.

Also, for some reason, everyone gets away with bhopping and shooting except me, when I try it the spread just goes bezerk and hits the wall. My S/R for one demo game was 2:7, I can't fucking play at all. :saddowns:

first there is no bhopping in ava, second he has that much euro because you get massive amounts of euro bonuses early levels, third you don't spray with automatics, you shoot in bursts and always aim for the head.
Amongst all daily challenges available, getting lucky shots is the most difficult.
I tried searching if there's some sort of place you must be aiming at, but found nothing of the sort.
If this challenge is truly a trial of chance, then by god, it's the most repetitive thing ever.
Its like crits in TF2 but not as common okay, stop thinking there's a strategy behind it and play the game.

Is anyone else's strategy when playing Escort when defending the tank to just sit behind the tank the whole time and immediately start repairing as soon as it gets damaged? Seriously, it works almost all the time because nobody ever seems to think tossing a grenade nearby it is a good idea.
I use the M4 Spectre, which I see nobody else using. I personally love the gun.
