I was under the impression you didn't see or care to read it at all since you said a bunch of stuff about L4D2's "new stuff" as if nobody (me) said the "new stuff" was completely useless.
L4D is being patched into L4D2 so it can live on and be played by EVERYBODY. The L4D2 experience isn't being adapted for players in other games.
Sorry, that was just the most horrible wording I have ever seen. The post before that where you referred to yourself in 3rd person that is.
I prefer L4D for the characters and the campaigns but L4D 2 for it's greater variation in gameplay with the new weapons and special infected.
L4D2 since it'll have L4D1 in it soon anyway.
Left 4 Dead 2. Everytime I go on Left 4 Dead I instantly feel like going back to Left 4 Dead 2. Left 4 Dead feels like it has so much missing since L4D2 provides so much more content when it comes to weapons, official maps and special infected.
So yes, Left 4 Dead 2 all the way.
I prefer L4D, because I spent so long playing versus back when it was fun. I don't blame L4D2 for it, but I don't play versus on L4D anymore, because it's just 'pro' players, and they ruin all the fun. I just miss the old days, where I used to get home every day and play two full games of versus on L4D before having a nap. :C
L4D is much better, but Valve is already porting over two of the best campaigns to two, so you have like 8 campaigns in L4D2 now.
I prefer L4D2 but L4D still holds a place in my heart
Left 4 Dead 2, the wider variety of weaponry, characters, and fun filled maps are too much to love.
Left 4 Dead 1.
Those new special zombies (charger, jockey & spitter) are fun to play as in versus, however, they are also as ugly as shit.
Why is everyone saying I "changed the title"? :pwn:
Left 4 dead, Knowing that 2 is censored over here.
Left 4 dead, Knowing that 2 is censored over here.
And only Germany got the CSS weapons to make up for that, right? :v:
I prefer L4D2. I like the characters better and i like the maps better. L4D1's maps were always kinda bland to me. GREY city GREY town GREY docks.
L4D2, only because there's no reason to own L4D now that all the content is going to the sequel.
Left 4 Dead 1.

They're fucking zombies. Of course they're gonna be ugly.
Left 4 dead 1 maps in Left 4 dead 2.
Best of both worlds.
Why is everyone saying I "changed the title"? :pwn:
because it originally said "Left 4 Dead or Left 4 Dead" and you god damn know it
[editline]31st July 2011[/editline]
you just don't want to admit your mistake
I like L4D more because of the atmosphere, FOV and animations
I think that the characters in L4D are definitely better and work with one another much better than the sequel

Yeah, the sequel had pretty interesting characters but as a group I don't really see them actually working out.
Ellis is apparently retarded, Nick is a selfish prick, Coach apparently only thinks about Rock and Roll and food, and Rochelle is Rochelle.
The L4D survivors actually feel like a group of strangers who would realistically survive and make more sense in general.
L4D2's group feels like a weird group that was randomly thrown together entirely for comedy purposes.

Yeah i think this is because the characters in the first game are more stereotypical, therefore they fit and the personality and ego clashes are more lulz.

In the first game?
The ones in the second game seem more stereotypical while the characters in L4D seem more memorable and unique, at least for me.
Well, L4D has Bill, the stereotypical ex-army veteran who leads the way and Francis is the typical confident smart ass. Not too sure about Louis and Zoey though. At the end of the day, its personal opinion.

Louis is the token black guy.
I like Left 4 Dead more.
Less infected, less weapons, better campaigns, and most of all:
I don't hate any of the survivors.

I'm fine with Rochelle. I'm not really sure why you guys hate her, she's somewhat charming and comedical. I don't really find her voice annoying, cause she usually says something funny with it.
The 'Axe me a question, I dare you' line is a good one
Take them all, choose later
My favorite line in L4D2: "Tits!"
He's like a 5 year old.
With guns.
And a comprehensive grasp of every swear word in the english language.
