So I got on my alt on Alexina and realised that all of my characters were named Jessica and a Number because back when I made the account when Alexina came out I just wanted to troll around and get free shit.

Jund and I found out that you can't do the panther quest in a party. So if you ever want to beat it, become a fighter and use knuckles. It is the only way.

Make sure you have high WILL and stamina as well. If you need more stamina, rank up your production mastery skill. You get +10 per rank

I have given up trying to beat king black panther on my mage. It is impossible for a pure mage to do it without fully speccing as fighter as well.

As for the King Panther Fight, I'm gonna see if anyone is selling HP Elixirs and give it another shot. FTR: HP Elixir increases your natural HP regeneration rate for one minute by 500,000%(that's what flashes on screen when you use one) and you heal wounds really freakin' fast. You pretty much are unkillable for that minute.

I don't know the going price on Alexina, but on Mari the street average is 20k per stack of 10.

In other news, I had the King Panther down to a sliver of health, but had to drop it to help with preparations for Christmas Eve Dinner. An HP Elixir DID in fact help, but I learned today that they apparently are super addictive. Since they can't be hot keyed, I had to down a potion when the Elixir wore off and was instantly potion addicted(you apparently can't use Elixirs when potion addicted).

You can get a overall armor from doing the goddess story line (g1), Im currently doing it. Not to hard but time consuming.

yeah i'm doing the G1 storyline now, I did it way back when in Mabi EU, didnt do past G1 tho, and I'm up to the part with the brown fomor pass in Barri dungeon.

mostly having fun working up my commerce in the meantime, though

Body Armor is broken up into 3 categorizes: Clothing, Light Armor and Heavy Armor.

Clothing typically has the lowest defensive stats. On the bright side, it allows you to wear 2 accessories.

Light Armor is well rounded. You can wear a single accessory with light armor.

Heavy Armor has the flatout best defensive stats. You can't wear an accessory with Heavy Armor and apparently you suffer some sort of penalty if you use Fighter/Martial Arts skills with Heavy Armor on.

ALL armors of the same type have the exact same stats. The difference is in durability and appearance. The Armor you get during G1 and a select few others are different as they cannot be upgraded, but have different stats.

With regards to a Weapon, I only have experience personally with Swords. [url=http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/Gladius]The Gladius[/url] is considered one of the better 1 handed swords due to how flexible it is with upgrades.
