I commend the ones that made great plays, good support, friendly talking, strategies, teaching or telling someone what to do in a good way and good moves on a fight or something, like a Dazzle keeping you alive when 4 heroes chase you and he pops everything.
Not the "I'm 20-4 cause you team sucks or i got a hero that was hard to counter to you guys, commend me plz! ;-)"

I don't really give a crap about a Diretide. But if anything, 2 to 4 different versions of the Dota map in circulation throughout the year would be nice, like the winter and the Halloween maps exactly.
I think that almost all modes in D2Ware would be awesome as official mods, polished. With proper HUDs for actions and such. There are refreshing after many normal matches

Pretty much.
When you see the enemy support trying his best (dewarding all over the pace, saving his allies, good initiatons, etc) but his team is a bunch of braindead idiots who shit on him he wins a commend from my part.

Compare it to "double damage to spells" rune
A full refresh rune would be hideously broken. Most games with runes have CD Reduction buffs, but that mechanic is not in Dota2 (yet.).

Runes have to be useful though.
Maybe a general "vision" rune that gives you 1800 vision and true sight at night time and day time no matter what hero? Or 800 unobstructed vision.

The only reason people want Techies is so they can instalock them and be the only ones to have fun.

Dota has been alive for 10 years and some of them with some Techies around and Dota2 will be AND I will master Techies. It sounds pretty fun

The thing with Techies is, if you nerf them they will be utterly useless.
If you buff them they will be utterly overpowered.
Techies is just broken by design, compare it to the old Natascha in Team Fortress 2. The manifestation of everything unfun.
Although I'd be very sad to see dear old Techies go it will most likely happen because they are just unfun in general.
