In CoP, the ship you have to raid in the first mission from Sultan, is pretty much always under attack by bandits and mutants. I feel sorry for the two stalkers still alive trying to hold it.

theyre the hardest core of stalkers in the zone

It changes everything in Clear Sky, making it a different game. Finish vanilla first.

Faction War is an optional, and often broken part of the vanilla game. You can continue on with the story without even allying with a faction :)
Not to mention that the bandits respawn (the whole base) even if you clear out their main base in Garbage.

Is it possible to join a faction in LURK? Lukash keeps telling me the beds are free if I'm a Freedom member, but I haven't been able to find any way to join.

It was by the death-truck in cordon and I almost died by the radiation, so I downed a few bottles of vodka and ran for the rookie village, passed out by the enbankment and when I wake up it's getting dark, and as I only had a moist nugget I knew I wouldn't last long in the night so I took some energy drinks and kept running, dodging anomalies like a boss, and now I'm back in the village, posting this on FP because "You don't want to sleep" :v:

I made sooooo much money from clearing them out time and time again and then eventually going back to the loner base to cash in

i got 1 skin
2 porcupines
2 cobblestones
and SVD
and 10 batteries
i didnt have time to read up that the porcupines have antirads at 65 so i took out 3 bottles of vodka and briefly considered downing the hammer one
In SGM, I went into a random swamp and and found a super-artifact with 100% Rad resistance and a bunch of other useful properties inside of a backpack.
is there a guide for downloading/installing People Soup?
I heard about it a while ago, and started watching the People Soup lets plays and i was hoping to try it.
Found a stash with 40,000 RU worth of artifacts in it in AMK.
Victory.

Extract the 001 one, that will extract them all. Put the gamedata and the bin folder in your SoC folder, I don't think you actually need to use the user.ltx that came with it. Then apply the culmulative patch then fixing soup. You need 1.0005 too.
Then it should work. Defragging it after you install would help.

What if I turned down the texture settings since you think the textures are what make it stutter the most?
Can't hurt to try.

I should play AMK:SE again.
I never really played AMK much, but I am now. Agroprom Underground is pissing me off, these fucking bandits shooting me in the head from pitch black places. Never had this much trouble killing bandits on anything.
TFW, I committed bandit genocide just because I couldn't use guides to get past places where they occupy. (Loner) I fucking hate bandits. I shoot on sight no matter what.
