Carrying around several souls and urchins then getting sniped by a Monolith SVU sniper isn't a nice sight.

How do you get the GTX 460 errors? I have one and have played with clock speeds before and have [B]never[/B] gotten that bug. :smith:

One of my dorm mates wanted to know what Stalker was, as I explained it to him he became very interested and when out and bought it on steam. 2 hours later he returns complaining how hard the game was on the easiest difficulty and all I could do was stare at him with a displeasing frown. (Also turns out his computer also shits itself when it loads a level for the first time)

Well SoC is pretty hard at the beginning. Your guns are shit and you can't take many hits. Fighting the bandits in the garbage at that helicopter graveyard was one of my toughest moments in gaming history. Although, my first time playing was on the master difficulty. I had no idea it was on the highest difficulty(I thought it was on normal) so that explains why my first time was so hard and took more than a month to finish

You are just casuals, first time I played through SoC I was like 13-14 and played on Veteran. Was piss easy combat and fucking scary bloodsuckers.

Just be patient in combat and don't do any Rambo shit. I don't find it too bad on Master. :smile:

I sprint when I have max weight load increasing equipment and equipment to increase my energy. infinite sprinting to the max

in maybe 6-7 hours i will embarrass myself terribly by livestreaming people soup or something again

On the contrary, I sprint all over the place in SoC on Master difficulty. Once you realise right-clicking with the knife will kill damn near anything in a single hit, the game becomes much more exciting (you also die a lot more...)

You can sprint in STALKER? Sorry, I'm new and I've just spent the last 4 hours figuring out how to run STALKER with Dynamic Lighting without fucking crashing on start-up.
