You really need to make sure your GPU and CPU and good enough, at least for CoP and CS. Since they're newer they have much better graphics that are harder to handle with older computers. ShoC is actually pretty old, so unless your computer is an absolute pile of monkey shit you can probably run it well.

SoC runs the best but also has the least visual splendor In CS I have the lowest FPS but also the least stutter In CoP I have higher FPS that CS but it stutters all the time

[editline]24th July 2011[/editline] Also seeing as the Marked One I'm roleplaying as is a Good Samaritan, I'm going around the Zone giving high-end weapons to rookies and stalkers who have helped me in the past, like Seriy and Bes. However, I got to the Garbage car park where Bes was (he died while I was gone :saddowns:) to find a Loner who was my enemy. I don't recall opening fire on any loners before (except for Master's gang in the Army Warehouses) so I don't know why he's my enemy.

At max draw distance you still can't see to the other end of the level and that sucks

What are these weathers you get? I can see to the anomaly cluster with the blue flames from Noahs tower.

Yes it is a problem, it looks like shit when your view of the surrounding area is suddenly stopped in a wall of grey mist

yeah. when you climb a high tower you only see grey stuff wich totaly kills it for me

Just finished SoC, was a great game. Wasn't really expecting that ending though, figured there would have been a bit more. Can anyone recommend me some mods for my second playthrough?

If you're looking for a more dangerous Zone with more freeroaming potential I'd suggest AMK with SWO(Stalker Weather Overhaul).

Now rewrite it as if it took place in the zone and your friends were Psedougiants.

Also, most of the stories in SGM are in Russian, and sometimes it doesn't even work at all.
