Duke Nukem: Forever V2 - Extra Hate Edition! - Games

George tried to hard to add all the "great technology" over the years, he ended up kicking himself in his own ass. The 2001 version (scripted or not, there was actual gameplay shown) looked great. I've finished the game (haven't tried multiplayer much) and it was [i]good[/i]. It was funny, alittle over the top, but that's expected. They deffently should have did something with the engine, and not settled with Unreal. The animations were clunky, voice animations were werid. But anybody can enjoy this game, just don't try and take it seriously. It's just a crazy shooter.

Just finished it, overall a good game. But I wish they omitted the gimmicky turret sections and the like. Game was very good towards the first half, but once you get to the desert, everything just kind of takes a downturn. It was still entertaining but if the second half was good as the first half this would have been amazing. I also hated how the games colors basically changed into brown, grey, and even more grey in the second half.

It would have been more awesome and led to some more interesting gameplay.

I wonder if the dissing towards Halo was Gearbox's doing or 3D Realms. It would be funny if it was Gearbox's doing because they had a history with porting Halo 1 to PC and making it a modable version.

Its okay, I like the 90's nostalgia feel but I don't know why I can't carry a ton of guns and have regenerating health (which was a must for 90's games). Aiming is a bit of a bitch in this game and can be sluggish and delayed I have found, other than that I'm enjoying it but I don't think it was worth £30 - £20, maybe.

Imagine if Duke Nukem had been on Source.
