Wasn't it confirmed somewhere that Gearbox still has all the old builds of the game and they want some way to reward people who have had the game pre ordered for years.
If so it would be cool if they released the old builds for free to at the least the guys who have had the game pre ordered for 14 years now or actually release it for free to everyone who owns DNF.

Actually I'm mainly seeing complaints about overall bland design, and the complaints about the humor come last.

Resident evil 5.
Going to Blockbuster tomorrow to rent this. I'm too skeptical about this game to buy it, but i'll play it and see how it is.
Until then I rented Mortal Kombat 9. Great game so far. I'm really enjoying the story mode for once.

So, I cancelled my pre-order for this game. I'll definitely pick it up later, but when it's on a sale. I probably wouldn't have cancelled it if there was at least a later demo for people without the First Access Pass.

Most of the complaints are about it being linear with crappy mechanics and general blandness. It has his catchphrases and humor but the actual gameplay just isn't there.
Of course for the really hardcore Duke fans, that along with just the title is enough for them to throw $50 away on it.

It's funny because the demo literally has the worst level in the game in it. They could not have chosen a worse level.
