Augh. What a shame. The one match I DID manage to play (against 1 person...) was fun though. Surprisingly lag free.
I'm really on the verge of breaking something, I can play a single fucking normal MP match without lag
I froze someone and the game refused to let me melee or execute him because of the lag

I do "Quick Match" and I usually join a server full of people.
I find it odd how when the game nears the end you start encountering less Assault Troops, I always thought Assault Troops where the main enemy alongside Pig cops
I think if the game ever gets low in price, or i get the chance to rent it, ill go with those options.
Because i dont care if the demo picked some of the worst levels to play in, i used all the weapons with the console and they all dont really make an impact on enemies unless its a shotgun or rocket launcher, and the driving and turret part is boring to do just once, so i cant imagine doing it multiple times in the gameplay ive seen. If Serious Sam 3 cant save me, i dont know what will. And even if the game was funny, that wouldnt justify anything. Making Portal references and cheesy classic Duke lines cant change the gameplay.

All the weapons didn't work in the demo because you used the console to get weapons that were not supposed to be used, of course weapons without their full files are not going to do anything.

Last time i played they worked when i hit enemies with them, im saying they didnt feel like they made an impact, they dont feel satisfying to use.
Shotgun is best weapon. I think I had a shotgun with me throughout the whole game.

I have a shotgun with me in EVERY game
If a game comes with a nice golden pistol, I'm gonna use it. Especially when that gold pistol does good amounts of damage and can take most enemies out with 2 shots to the head.
And it was only after I beat the game that I found out there was an achievement for carrying the gold pistol with you through the entire game, much to my pleasant surprise.

Didn't happen to me at all. I played the campaign twice.
And god DAMN the 360 version is an ugly mother fucker.
The shotgun was the only weapon that really felt like it was powerful.
The DN3D version of the Freeze gun is a close second though.

That was my first thought when people first started complaining about the size. A full size bust like you see in the game would be too damn heavy, expensive, and would have to be given to you in a box that's wider than a person.

I thought Duke's pistol was pretty damn powerful. I kept it with me the entire campaign.
The game is pretty OK for me. They like took all the designs from the weapons, vehicles, npcs etc. from the first game and made them with the actual engine. Wich looks kinda crappy, but has an explanation. Lol contradicting myself.

Duke 64 was a fun game

Forgot the "a" in "ur a fagget".
Although this game has been getting hidious reviews and ratings, I enjoyed it. The game does have its flaws, such as weapon restriction and the length of the game. They could have done more for a 12 year dev., but it was still fun none-the-less. Still not worthy of a second playthough imo.
