Bethesda community manager Nick Breckon busted out this news over the weekend via Twitter, calling Skyrim's engine "all-new" and adding that it "looks fantastic." Rock, Paper, Shotgun followed up with Breckon soon after, asking if this new engine is some sort Gamebryo variant. Breckon replied with, "it's a new graphics/gameplay engine built internally. We'll have more details down the road." Breckon's comments appear to shoot down the popular speculation that the next Elder Scrolls game from Bethesda would be using id Tech 5, id Software's newfangled engine it's using for Rage. This rumor started circulating after id was acquired by Bethesda parent company ZeniMax. Engines aren't always that interesting a topic, but this one in particular has been the backbone of several freakishly buggy and load-screen-heavy games like New Vegas. The move to a new engine is a promising one for a new Elder Scrolls game, which is almost sure to be a lengthy and complex affair. I think most New Vegas (and even Oblivion) fans would agree with me that dealing with "old" Gamebryo for extended periods of time is a bummer because of its issues and age. But super eager fans can venture outside to major retailers as early as this afternoon in order to procure a pre-order ticket for one of two different special edition bundles, as well as retailer-tied character and fatality DLC. The first of these special edition bundles is the "Kollector's Edition," which features Sub-Zero and Scorpion figurines, an art book, an "exclusive" classic Mortal Kombat costume skin, and themed avatar costumes. The other edition is the "Tournament Edition," which features a limited-release "portable fight stick" and another classic Mortal Kombat costume skin, as well as themed avatar costumes. "We could not be more excited to have Kratos in the new Mortal Kombat, since we've always felt he would fit perfectly into our universe and can't wait for Mortal Kombat and God of War fans to play this game," he said. EA has confirmed (via Joystiq) that the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 versions of the sci-fi RPG will launch at the same time around the globe--a first for the series, though the franchise hasn't even seen its debut yet on the PS3. Tag - GangstaMatt07 (I know it's a fucking stupid name, my brother wont let me change it) Games - I have alot that I don't feel like listing but I frequently play Black Ops and sometimes Borderlands. My bro usually plays Skate 3/2 I do not have a kids voice although I am young.

Who is going to buy portal 2 for the 360? I am before i buy it for the PC, since it'd be a waste of cash buying the PC version and finding it doesn't work.
