I'm thinking it might be a good plan to provide some translations of this thread as well for the people that come here and can't read English well. I can do Spanish and German, and if someone could do Portuguese, French and Russian, that would be awesome. That should cover the bases.

This is pretty much needed, though. The mods must be attempting to resist killing themselves for all of the "[request] Hax swep gmod idot boks for rp admin ? ! XD !" threads that they need to close constantly.

It won't help. For all the GMod threads being posted here, they're already ignoring the bright yellow thread labeled "SECTION RULES." Generally, only asshats skip reading rule threads, and asshats will still skip reading thread titles before making a new thread.
If only there was a way to make this thread mandatory reading before posting in this section. Like, there should be a quiz on it or something.
Make the OP appear in a big pop-up window that displays the first time someone logs into Facepunch and/or visits this section. Then find a way to make it so they can't dismiss it before they've gotten the point.
