Eh it might not always be your fault, your teammates are half the reason you lose most the time.
And if you're against someone like Scout he'll fuck you up your ass and gank you the moment you get on the lanes.

Practice practice practice, this isn't that kind of a game where you join and already know what you're doing.
...I yell at people on what they should do, They tell me to stfu. Becaus what i tell them is supposed to HELP the team, and yet they votekick me, but they fail.It's better in a clan when people don't go overrage becaus someone tells you what to do, I mostly tell people what to do all the time becaus they do it wrong... ALL THE TIME.
But atleast we win, If they listen.
The official forumbase is pretty shitty, 1 in 10 hero suggestions are ridiculously out of place, 3 in 10 are shit and 5 in 10 are ignored because they don't have fancy colours, skill icons or aren't posted by known suggesters.

To be honest, you are part of why the community sucks for this game. If you don't want to play with noobs, play in PSR specific matches, instead of trying to pubstomp or whatever it is you're doing.

Too bad, last time I played I was Pyromancer, I got 12 kills as I got overfeeded by a Puppetmaster, my whole team was pro, the opposite team was full of complete underpowered noobs who only bought Enhanced Marchers and Bottle through a whole game, and a Scout running all over the place.
It brought a tear to my eye, it was beautiful, the opposite team raged so hard. :crying: (Crying in joy)
