I judge people from how well they are in-game, not any form any sort of stats. It just helps to get a picture about your team at a pub. Having higher PSR gives you chance to not end up with total noobs.
Not that I have anything against new people learning the game, but getting 5th game in row ruined by that one feeder that dies all the game and then accuses you of sucking really grinds my gears.

Managed to win my first game, woo.
At the start I was ok, then Mid game I was feeding a bit because I suck, but managed to wise the fuck up and we destroyed them.
Enjoying this game a lot more now.

Counters:
Spread the team to avoid ultirape
Learn to predict kegs and dodge them
Run from turrets
I have already beaten a bunch of engineers, but I agree that he is the ultimate noob owner, as you can easily run through the ulti wall multiple times if you don't take care, the turret is easy to underestimate and the keg has kinda surprising range.

Does everyone forget about barbed?! It returns 100% of damage received for 5 seconds, easy counter for engi, or as said above, banning draft, kthxbai.

Tired of engineer, whatever you say efeX, he's OP. His stupid sentry does so much damage.
I can't see the problem in Engineer, I can take him on mostly, if he sets up his turret I just run away.
Is it just me or is Forsaken Archer a little too good, I mean yeah she has weak spells but they are great at pushing, and if you have an AoE hero holder like Tempest or Treant she can wreak some serious havoc.
So far I have never lost a game as Forsaken Archer because of great farming and ganking at the start, then it's just a cakewalk because you are well fed.

Never played him, and if you play Accursed shitty then he's easy to kill, like if you use Shield the wrong time, waste your ultimate etc.
Soul Rapist can burn through Accursed's ulti using his own without triggering it. It's hilarious.
