I'm not going to buy the game anyway, I have had too many bad experiences with Blizzard and their games have just been going into wrong direction.

Seriously doubt I'll ever get into the beta seeing as I've yet to get into any Blizzard betas despite having played their games since Warcraft II. So here's hoping it's made available to all soon enough.

Yeah, but there's no way you can pay for a beta, so you're basically getting an exclusive free thing for free, even if you yourself is not an exclusive person.

It doesnt matter if youve even preordered the game or not as to whether you get a beta invite? I see no problem in cracking a free beta? Yeah I wont be an official beta tester, but thats why leaks are so great!

Do you guys honestly believe that cracking a leaked beta is somehow not illegal?
I'm pretty sure than Blizzards EULA covers unauthorized "intrusions" into their products code.
i never really played the diablo series, maybe i should actually man up and pay the 20$ for it from blizzard store
