If just doing the math without the percentage: $0.07(The money they recieve)-$0.30(The money they have to pay) = -0.23
How is that a gain?
The money is overall, not just what goes to them.
Yeah, but who said there are more than one transaction?
That's the point, only one transaction is needed for them to lose money.

Explain.

You're missing the point. They don't get $0.07, they get $0.5
However they divide the money is not our problem, because they might fund it even from their own bank account, so they don't get paypal fees.

The money you spend is sent in one package, not seperate.
I'm actually quite angry at you for costing them and all the developers money, what if everyone did like you do now?
I bought 18 for 0.01, cry some more
I bought 18 for 0.01, cry some more
Now thats simply you being a jackass.

they dont get the full 50 cents,a part of it is lost in the transaction as Neo said, one thing I dont get is, they have to pay 1,9% of the money they get + 30 cents? for each transaction?
Thanks, NeoTheOne.
Now thats simply you being a jackass.
I'm planning on saving them for a month then selling them
also 19 now
I'm actually quite angry at you for costing them and all the developers money, what if everyone did like you do now?
You did your part. Be happy about it and move on. If they really wanted they would have a set price everyone had to pay. They take in to account people paying $0.01 if it were an issue to them, they wouldn't have it the same over this many HIB.
The money you spend is sent in one package, not seperate.
Money as money.
AFAIK they don't have to pay, they just don't get the money.
what if everyone did like you do now?
What if the world was made of pudding? If they set up a pay what you want payment system (for the third time now, too) they obviously know that some people end up costing them money.
I'm planning on saving them for a month then selling them

You won't beable to sell them.
they dont get the full 50 cents,a part of it is lost in the transaction as Neo said, one thing I dont get is, they have to pay 1,9% of the money they get + 30 cents? for each transaction?
No shit, I meant that they are supposed to get 0.5, not 0.28 + 0.08 + 0.07 + 0.07 as 4 separate transactions.
They get about $0.19 from $0.5, I think?
You're missing the point. They don't get $0.07, they get $0.5
That's even worse, so they remove the 1.9% + $0.3 from the initial sum and then distribute it?
That would give everyone,
Developers - $0.11
EFF - $0.03
Child's Play - $0.03
Humble Tip - $0.03
However they divide the money is not our problem, because they might fund it even from their own bank account, so they don't get paypal fees.
No, they do get paypal fees, if you've actually bought one of the bundles you would have known.
Money as money.
What the fuck is this supposed to mean?
You won't beable to sell them.
You're saying I won't be able to sell 4 games for more then a cent? pls go
Garry should fight with Notch again.

Are you trolling now? Because you don't seem to understand, the fee is applied to ONE TRANSACTION, which is $0.5. They get $0.19 out of it after the fees. What I was saying is that they could keep the money on PayPal and send all those money to other parties from other source, so they don't lose more money due to paypal fees.
How hard is this to understand holy shit.
And I bought all humbles bundles, so don't go assuming shit.
So much hate in a thread about charity games.
[editline]26th July 2011[/editline]
Also, if anyone has any extra bundles that would be awesome.

I understood all that, seems like you didn't get what I meant.
I was also talking about what they got after the transaction fee.
You just went full derp on your own answer.
