They get about $0.19 from $0.5, I think?

Because you don't seem to understand, the fee is applied to ONE TRANSACTION, which is $0.5. They get $0.19 out of it after the fees. What I was saying is that they could keep the money on PayPal and send all those money to other parties from other source, so they don't lose more money due to paypal fees. How hard is this to understand holy shit. And I bought all humbles bundles, so don't go assuming shit.
