Yes, Humble Indie Bundle 2 now has a new version of Cortex Command, Build 25. Apparently new stuff includes experimental campaign mode, where AI doesn't work too well/at all.

Well of course, I can't buy this because I don't have paypal money, do not have a credit card and those visa gift cards are non-existent in my country. Can someone gift the HIB#3 to me for 5 dollars. I'll pay you back after paypal has processed the money.

So it turns out I paid more than the average, but I got HIB2 in my HIB3 by buying early. Can I get some more bonus for paying more than the average?

Pretty sure everyone that bought it before it got added got the HIB 2.
