What is the chance for an arrow being recoverable after a shot? Seems like about 1/10 can't be recovered.

To me it is usually recoverable unless the arrow blows up the head in which case good luck finding the arrow because it flew all the way across the map.
More servers need to have a votekick function. I've only ever ran into one server that had it.

The mod has by default options for kick and ban, but most servers disable it.

Dammit I got about 2/3 of the way through Lakeside solo but I got swarmed in the car tunnel.
Well I decided to give the mod another chance since I last played back in November something 2012.
Here's a list of what I picked up on
The melee is still aggregating, but I think I have a grip on it now.
Runners use retarded AI
The game isn't as laggy anymore. So my hits are actually registering 50% more of the time.
Stamina could be bumped up a little more.
The .45 is the best handgun.
sks is the best rifle for its melee ability.
Axe is the best melee.
Finally beat Favela. Holy shit that was way too long.
Kinda annoying that some handguns (Berreta, Glock) take 2 headshots to kill one zombie.

Aim down the sights and hold still for a few seconds and then your screen will turn orange, then you'll headshot in one hit.

I also noticed the same with the melees like the wrecking bar or the pipe. Well I dont think it turns orange but you can 1 hit zombies.

We almost beat Favela, but then, thanks to brilliant game design, the host was kicked for leaving to get a snack when they were dead.

For fucks sakes, it was the final wave and we'd just called in a supply chopper after 3 unsuccessful attempts, too.
Just to leave it here as a tip:
If you call for supply box, the chopper won't arrive until the previous box is completely empty. That's why I always pick as much shit as I can from box and then drop it next to it.
Where the hell does the flare gun even spawn? It's like a unicorn; I keep hearing stories about it but I never ever see it. Also that's pretty shitty someguy.
That's exactly the problem with it. So the only other chance of getting it is from suply box which is pretty rare too. Instead of that it gives us 4 hammers.
Where the fuck is the car battery in Cabin? I can't find it.

God damn! Is the community in the game retarded? I remember the good old days of zombie panic and a shit ton of others mods in hl2 with a lot of people and they used mics and chat all the time. Now I try to use chat to communicate with my fellow survivors and they don't respond, never!!! It feels like im playing with bots. Also this troubles me with most hl2 mods. It seems that the half-life 2 crowded and active mod era is done for me.

Welcome to every cooperative game/mod nowdays. I have no idea how it was originated, but it is a real plague.
It feels like im playing a mod after 7 years of its release. Hl2 mods used to be so full of people wanting to do crazy shit.
