Motherfucking pitstop bug, I finally get a good race and get in 12th place, go into the pit for Prime tires and I need to fucking wait till everyone had passed.
So how is the game?
If you get the pit stop bug, for now, one of the game designers has said you could pit 1 lap later than scheduled and it'll be completely empty. This has worked for me.

Wow, I left at 5AM, when it wasn't unlocked, and it's been locked for this long? I'm decrypting it at the moment. Have you tried restarting Steam?
Where do you set car damage on/off? It sets when you set the general difficulty level but if I set to expert then all the bots also drive more brutally, and it hurts my ego. Can I just turn on the damage?
Is this good game? I was thinking of getting it...
I'd buy this but Single Player racing games bore me for the most part. Especially Formula 1 since it's rarely Wheel to Wheel racing, since after a few laps there's large gaps... and Online racing in F1 cars on a road course is just... Qualify pole and get out of the first turn as soon as fucking possible or you're going to get wrecked. The only way to avoid that is dedicate yourself to a league that holds regular races with some top notch drivers. Sometimes you just want to jump in and race, but you rarely get into any server with 20 people or more and have more than 4 finish, They all get wrecked out and the only racing is between First and Second

Wow. Just managed to qualify 6th in Montreal in my Hispania, which is fantastic considering my best qualification so far was 12th. I think the AI is chickening out on the Wall of Champions bit near the end, because my sector 1 & 2 times are like .5 seconds behind the top 10, but the 3rd sector really pulls it back for me.

Hell yes, managed to finish 10th and score HST's first point at Montreal. I was basically defending the whole race from Kubica/Hulkenberg, but after qualifying in 6th, it's still a great result. Hopefully HST are super-happy right now.

Qualified pole in the last 30 seconds in Hockenheim. Decided seeing as my team said rain is expected to put my intermediates on lap 6 of 13, I lead the race and find NO RAIN and various times of me turning around because of no grip on the intermediates. Thanks team, cost us from 1st to 7th :colbert:
I am hoping to get it Monday when I move back to University as the guys I live with are also F1 and game obsessives...

So I try the "come in 1 lap later tactic", and for some reason all the AI have decided to come in as well :(. Not only this but it was the worst case of the bug I've seen, my team mate drove into the one in front of me, pitted and was let out [I]before me[/I]. To compound this, I was in 2nd when I pitted, my team mate in 23rd. And I'm not sure if the game saved when I ragequit, I hope it didn't so I can do it again D:

Toca 3 was sort of okay for go-karts and F1.
Bleh, the multiplayer is basically the same setup as dirt 2. Even with the fucking auto enabled microphones..really shits me off. The multiplayer should have bots to race against, rather than random ramming pubbies.
I want to just be able to turn off the voice chat completley.
i think they made it a bit hard, atleast with a pad if my engine isnt overheating my tires are too cold to grip properly so i cant get a good lap time in, might just tun off some of the more sim options atleast it will be fun then
I'm having performance related problems. My frame rate drops a lot with other cars on the track, and the game often locks up for a couple tenths at a time. It's really throwing me off. Settings are at minimum, resolution's way below native... :(

I had this :S On Hockenheim, as I approached the stands it wasn't as fluid as you were on other parts, then i'd have slow downs like i'm in slow motion for the old occasion.. sometimes got blue screen.

I'm getting fucking shit fps on a fairly decent pc, quite annoying. Q6600 Quad @2.4ghz 3gb ram and a 4850 and I get 25 fps on all low?
I just realised how much better the Mclaren is to the Lotus.
I struggled to get a 1:27 round circuit de catalunya. Jumped into a time trial on the Mclaren and got a 1:22 easy.

I'm on an 8800 GTS, old, but it works. I wasn't expecting to get this game looking good, but I've got similar performance to you on all low + 720x480 resolution.
I have a Q6600 too, could there be an issue with that?
