If you turn off, "Motion Blur", "Ambient Occlusion", and "Compute Shaders" sometimes you get better framerate. It worked for me anyway.

yeah. it's really unfortunate though because even though the game is incredibly fun and rewarding/challenging, it's incredibly buggy and the flawed level checkpoint system often results in you having to replay a level from the beginning with people solely because someone's game crashed

I was playing with -Rusty- on the first level (because we can't beat it :c) and when we got to just outside the church there was this mg42 zombie just standing around and for some reason only I could see it.

Speaking of the Panzerfaust, I saw some ammo for one outside right before you fight the Occult General. Does anyone know where the tube is at for it?
Don't tell me that I am only european Facepuncher that has this game. Would want to play with someone as singleplaying this is somewhat boring.
The only thing I'm really noticing that I dislike is that the levels are really long and they're not really split into components, so you have to play long periods of time at once to progress. It's not very friendly to those that like to play in short bursts. Also I wonder if they'll fix the fog performance issues.

just turning off supersampling gave me decent performance, i have a pretty good pc though. anyone in uk want to play over the weekend? i beat first level on sniper elite difficulty but i would like to play co-op

on the second level should you avoid shooting the zombies outside the building or do you have to pass through that area eventually? once i got to the alley with the jihad zombies i didnt have much rifle ammo and if you move to far forward to loot corpses they spawn in behind you

Yeah I don't know, he complains about it only being a game that's fun with friends even though that applies to anything but maybe he doesn't realise most of us are buying it just for a co-op that's fun with friends. I personally don't care if the game brings anything to the genre or revolutionizes it in anyway. I just want a game where I can pull off some nice headshots against zombies teamed up with buddies. Sure if it was the price of a new release game like £40 then you've got every right to complain but for a DLC that is just shooting zombies at DLC price. That's why we're buying it

While I agree with you in that I think that he was unfairly harsh towards this game - it isn't hard to see why he'd be tired of zombie games. He obviously wasn't helped in that he was playing on his own and the game really does excel with a group of friends, but zombie games aren't exactly few and far between. Since he's a person who's job revolves around playing multiple video games, it's entirely understandable why he's tired of zombie games.
That doesn't mean I don't love it though. Because I do.
This game is pretty good (Normal V2 is better though), I wish you could still have x-rays in coop.

True, but he basically bashed it the most for not bringing anything new to the genre, which is something I'm confused by, since if people only released games that had genre changing gameplay mechanics we would not have many games. Honestly, I think that it is entirely ok to copy something almost right off as long as you make the game fun.
