the original ran at over two times the framerate this one runs at, and didn't cut it in half when scoping in, there is zero reason for a game with graphics like this one to run at 25 fps on a gtx 570 in ANY instance
i turned off all the shit you said and gained ~8 fps and the game looks considerably worse
dunno why mouse acceleration is hidden so deep, should be with the sensitivity settings, my b

The first map in general has pretty bad performance on it, I dunno why exactly. Probably something to do with the flatness (and size in general, due to it being flatter than most maps the game is required to draw much longer distances, weighing heavily on performance). Same goes for the last map, although that one has less of an FPS impact than the first.
The first map in normal SEV2 (it's one of the DLC maps, I forget which) has much lower FPS than any other mission map in the game, too.

protip: these maps are just re-skinned SEv2 maps. a nice mix of the single/multiplayer maps.
Goes to show how lazy the devs were though. Kind of like the retarded Halo 4 Special Ops Missions. They were just campaign maps fitted for a game mode...Lazy Developer work I call shit like that.

I max this out now with no problems (realised I had power saver mode on for some reason) on an i5 2500 and 670 overclocked.

Does the Mosin have weird hit registration issues for anybody else? Initially I thought it could just be me over-compensating for bullet velocity at long range, but in the one or two times I've used it bullets just seemed to pass [I]through[/I] their heads at long range without doing any damage.
