Hey, hey, the Heavy is not the worst class.
Hey, hey, the Heavy is not the worst class.
People are entitled to their opinions.
I'm pretty sure if you just show up at Valve software and tell them you're showing up you still get a shitload of gifts. It is Valve after all.
I am pretty sure they will give you some stickers and some shirts but not a heavy. They like to spoil media people so they talk nice about them. Not just valve though, every developer does that.
People are entitled to their opinions.
Since when?
anyone else jump when he got shot by the turret?
anyone else jump when he got shot by the turret?
It was so loud compared to the rest of the video that I wasn't recovered until near the end.
anyone else jump when he got shot by the turret?
Knowing Wong, I sort of expected it.
You know, I only live an hour or two away from Bellevue. I really should visit Valve headquarters some time... Maybe when I'm going to Western Washington University, in Bellingham. Looking at Google Maps, compared to getting there from where I currently live, Bellingham is a lot easier - it's just a straight shot down the interstate. And most importantly, I don't have to go through Seattle. I think I may have to make it a goal of mine to do it. Maybe bring a few friends along and make it a proper road trip.
I live right next to Valve practically. :)
facepunch valve raid 2011
I have been to valve around 3-4 times now, Play tested games, gotten tours. I also visited them while they were in their old building a few blocks away from where they are now. The company has grown so much over the years. What sucks is, after years playtesting for them and what not, I have never walked out with any of that stuff...
We should all totally go at the same time, lik a meet-up instead we go to Valve HQ.
Makes me wish I could travel... *sighs*
Looks like I'm gonna have a field day when I visit them next week. :3
