I've decided not to give keys to people who have 0 posts and/or just joined today since they are most likely ALTs or just people who came here via Google and then never come back.
(at least they are very suspicious, and [highlight]this giveaway is for active FPers only[/highlight], not lurkers or one-time-visitors)

If it's actually people who got directed here by their friends, I'll think about it twice. (though I they could be lying about that easily)
