If I already own Borderlands: GOTY and by the four pack of GOTY edition, do I get all four codes to pass out? Or do I have to that select your friend now bullshit.

I have a decent internet connection, about 20mbps up, 8 down, 8ms jitter, so I don't think it's that. I forwarded my ports, disabled my firewall, caused a small improvement, but not much.
From what I can tell, different games will perform differently with Onlive. Deus Ex just happens to run pretty poorly from my experience.

How-to get keys for free from Polish Gaming magazine guide:

They are retail keys, you need either the physical medium or some way to get ahold of the game. None are steam keys other than the Dark Messiah key.
