Why don't modern games have cheats?

I think that is either the give all weapons,health, etc. or the tanks. probably the health and guns

What I miss are the cheats that were just made to be silly or fun. Like the Cardboard mode in Timesplitters that made all the characters 2D, or the cheat in Age of Mythology that gives you a flying purple hippo that throws up hearts onto your enemies.

Those are the kinds of cheats I wish still existed.
