for the most part no, but you can with shadow demon, who gets 5 slots

basically if anyone was more than 500 units away from an ally they were DEAD!
Heroes with special slots (Shadow Demon, Shadow Fiend, Rubick, Morphling, Invoker etc.) often have the native skill lcoked only for themselves. Nobody else can get Shadowraze since it requires 3 slots, but Shadow Fiend can't replace it with anything else.
Currently trying to get my own server working at the moment.
Once I got Drow with:
TA's Refraction, Viper's autocast, Venomancer's Poison Sting and Weaver's ult
Now I am become pubstomp, the destroyer of minds
Does Overload stack with right click spells such as Poison Orb and Glaives of Wisdom?

I just discovered a really powerful combo.
Be PL with 4,2 agi gain
Get Poison Attack
Get Gyros ulti
Fill the other 2 slots with useful things (Blink? Invisibility? Backtrack? Anything!)
You are now a ranged PL with 100% slow on demand!(Gyro ult + poison) (You need to click on people you want to hit, when putting it on auto it wont be ranged)

Rupture sounds somewhat out of place. Just make Phantom Lancer, replace his active skills with Reality Rift and Feast and that should work well enough.

He is like the opposite to a plague doctor, not a necromancer
We got a Bananamancer though, so it´s ok
Meepo and Essence Shift are bugged. The Essence Shift agility stacks won't go away. He gets a fuckload of free agi on each clone.

I played Phantom Lancer yesterday. I had Feast, Berserker's Blood, and Neurotoxin (my ult was still same old PL ult, though I wanted Coup De Grace, the game bugged and didn't give it to me) and with MoM my lifesteal was outta the ass.
You know those guys who roll with full tank builds, Reactive Armor, Counter Helix, Return, Reincarnation? I was able to outheal him easily.
It seems that the servers are down, dang.
Holy jesus fuck, I think I found the most cheesy thing.
Medusa's mana shield combined with Zeus' Static Field, Storm Spirit's Overload and Lina's Fiery Soul. Holy fucking god, you just click on manashield as fast as possible, and Static Field drains their health so damn fast. When it loses it's strength, your Fiery Soul stacks and neverending Overloads make sure to finish them off.
When Bristleback's abilities get added in to the skill roster, switch Overload with his ult.
Anyone know how to host an LOD/OMG server for DOTA 2?
I like to go Ancient Seal, Decrepify, Shukuchi and Life Break against those lame assholes who pick Jinada, Tidebringer and Enchant Totem.
+ veil and dagon to finish them off

Its not even THAT bad, it doesn't make you invincible just god teir 10 minutes in but static damage aint got shit on those annoying crit stackers

how do you get non-hero skills? do you have a spell list?
