If CS:GO won't be moddable, I'll be extremely hesitate to buy it. I have 89 hours in CS:S, 70 of those hours are likely from modded gameplay.

Valve wouldn't restrict modding; they never have in their whole entire career. They've experimented with things like L4D content, but never actually removed the ability to mod.

This is through an entire building, FYI.

Maybe I'm the odd one out, but I don't like Counter Strike's gameplay. I use to, but now it's tiring. Now I like big open maps and vehicles and junk. The only reason I still have CS:S installed is for zombie escape, and sometimes surf. Without that, I don't think I really need to by CS:GO. Valve has pretty much said it's CS just with ranked stuff. No thanks.

Gentleman... I'm pretty sure CS:GO is gonna be poogina compared to CS:Sourse.
