Haha... now that you mention it, they are probably going to release the third game right next to the movie's release. That would be so so so so bad.....
2013. Anyone else just waiting for the pussified story and how it will probably have some noble shit here and there?
Me and my friend had a great laugh at this game in coop.
WHY. 1 was great. 2 wasn't.
The camera gimmick was nice, everything else not so nice.
I enjoyed the games. Not extremely, but $10 for together both was a good deal in my book.

these are such horrible games, who the fuck is buying them I literally have no idea why they even made a second one, someone get square enix to recall all the copies and any in development material and burn it [editline]30th September 2011[/editline]
I remember back in the day people on FP said they would orgasm over a camera system like that. Guess it took them only 3 years to contradict themselves epicly.
Honestly I thought it was a great idea, too bad the game itself was irrevocably terrible.
Hopefully this one will actually be good.
a series of kane and lynch novels written by someone competent would get me more excited
I am one of 3 people who liked both K&L games. [editline]30th September 2011[/editline] 2 maybe??
I am one of 3 people who liked both K&L games. [editline]30th September 2011[/editline] 2 maybe??
I really dug 1 (up to havana), but 2 was really kinda shitty
i liked k&l2
I seem to like the stories. I really liked Kane's background and story. These games could of been much better if it was more polished. Me and Live2bcool were playing co-op and when we got to the ending. Words can't describe the confusion. That's it? Followed by chinese music. I feel so rewarded what a fun and enjoyable game. :downs: I'm having fun right?
When K&L1 got to Havana it's like they hit the improbability drive in Madness Combat and it's been on ever since. If only they explored the idea that Kane knew a lot of contacts from the days in The Seven then maybe the storyline could have remained somewhat sane.
Yeah, but I think what they tried to prove in K&L 1 and especially 2 is that both characters are ridiculous and mentally unstable. Maybe Kane much less, but K&L as a series is ridiculously insane.

Eidoes took a risky move creating characters that are meant to be unlikeable, gritty, and depressing to play as in a third person action shooter, and I'm extremely glad they did. It's something different, you know?
Watch this one be where they actually get it right and suddenly K&L becomes a huge hit. ...or not.

The story usually makes no goddamn sense, especially in KL2, due to sudden changes in environments with little explanation of what happened in between. Thinking back, I liked KL1 way more than KL2; it just had so many more stand-out moments than KL2, like the bank scene.

Do I play as Kane for the rest now?" but nope.
I actually waited through the credits to see if there was some sort of surprise ending. NOPE
The first Kane and Lynch was really, really fucking fun. I'm hoping they go back to the old formula for this new one.
I think its about time they moved on
