As long as you follow the instructions (which I barely even needed, even though this was my first mod), it is pretty simple.

You mean Glass?
You can't, there is no proper sand, and even if there was, fire doesn't work in the aether so you can't make it there.
You have to bring it with you from the regular world.

You have to hit it with a pick, you can't kill it with a sword.
Bring at least 3 picks though, or else you're screwed.

Yeah, you should have brought more ambrosium with you. You can eat ambrosium and it heals you for 4 hearts each, you can also stack it.

From the overworld, arrows can kill Zephyrs pretty easily, but once you get the hammer from a dungeon that can pretty much one shot them.

I use Aerogel for glass, since I can't see any other use for it.

Enchanted gravitite only floats when redstone is activated next to it. If I just use a pick, in order to stop the mechanism I would have to mine the block, which would be quite messy.

First silver I've found, goddamn.
I got to the silver dungeon and 3 valkyries spawned in all the rooms around me and converged on me at once killing me. It took me over 3 real hours of exploring to find the dungeon.
I think I'm done for a while.
