oh wow it's a very large update, I'll redownload it. And with the way to get string and leather you can now live completely legit inside the aether :downs:
Anything new in the update? I kinda forgot about this mod for a bit.
I don't like adfly. "Please wait...", but skip ad never appears.
Does the aesthetic of the Aether remind anyone of the sky worlds from Zelda, as well as the one Greek-looking tower dungeon from Wind Waker?

bunch of new stuff, also evil tornadoes, flying gow, bunny (which you can place on your head and jump higher/ glide when holding jump) and pretty much new items
So I've tried everything I can to get this to work. I did everything right. Menu comes up like in the video. But when I try to play the UI doesn't work. I can't craft any of the items. The Aether portal doesn't work (Bucket of water just pours all over the place). I can't figure it out.

And..I think I fixed it! Yay! Only took 2 hours.
I'm immensely disappointed that nearly no texture packs replace the Aether with candyland-like textures.
I think this mod is broken for me. If i die in the Aether, my world gets all corrupted to the point of needing to make a new world, and it's the only mod i have.

I have aether mod installed and I've recently updated it and everything. Played it and went fine and everything but when I try to play it now I can't find my save in the singleplayer list thing but it's in the saves folder. Could I get some help here?

Corrupt save. It might be fixable, I saw a thread with someone linking a site, but I don't remember where that is.
Are there any map viewers or ingame maps that are compatible with the Aether? After the update I'm way lost and can't find the correct portal. Not to mention crafted maps are near useless in the Aether without a player marker.

I like that it does the little fly-around of whatever your last loaded world is. It's a nice feature but I hate that it resets back to that no matter what even I set it to go back to normal.

You can use the config file to disable it.
It's in .minecraft/configs.
Also, i found a bronze dungeon with trees growing ontop of it.

Best mod for MC, but wasnt too happy when my portal spawned in the middle of air... had to build a snow bridge to land while I was getting pounded by those Zephyrs, took me ages until I figured out how to sneak.
