It's not dry reading. Most of it is guided tutorials through scenarios, you play your way through the book.

To be truthful it's really not that hard to get into orbit once you get the hang of it, at least for me anyways :v:

So i tried to get to the moon , guess where i ended up..... IN DEEP SPACE , AGIAN.

It's lonely in space. I'm going to have to give this game a try, loved KSP.

Fire a Deorbit burn until it starts spinning (Small thrusts with main engine) Cut the engine, Re-orient, Repeat Or just fire your RCS thrusters in the nose until you show you'll re-enter. You can easily fly and land on one engine once you're in the atmosphere

how do you undock from stations?

I made the ISS fall out of Orbit and it hit somewhere in the central United States.

That wasn't the ISS. That was one of the satellites that crashed on earth last month.

The project is down for the moment, apparently Orbiter can't do synchronization properly.
