then you should probably read before posting all in all Notch admitted being wrong (in a way) and yogcast like in the video stated that it was most probably a giant misunderstanding and unlike notch posted a huge statement on reddit (like mentioned in the video)

So, I haven't been keeping up to date with the Minecraft or what the idiotic community is doing. Can someone summarize what has happened, the MC forums are impossible to decode due to the sheer contradiction of opinions in everyone's posts.

Turns out Notch was just extremely drunk and extremely angry, and everyone turned on him. Notch said sorry a couple times and I lost track of it from there.

I've noticed how in most of the videos after the incident something has changed about Simon though.
