Anyone remember this?
I have been trying to remember that game forever. Besides Wargame I totally love Vigilante.
Nothing better than serving the emperor.
Besides what has already been mentioned or the common childhood stuff: I checked back on my Oracle of Seasons save file and apparently I had 200 hours clocked on it. HOW. It's a single player story driven game. The only games that I have played for more than 200 hours are TF2 and League of Legends. Both multiplayer.
Sorry to ask again, but it was never answered and I would really like to know. Where can I find it? Do I need a solid copy? or is it freeware at this point? (game in question is Grim Fandango)
I'd suggest searching ebay and google shopping. If you can't get it on either of those then I'd suggest acquiring it by other means if you catch my drift. Not that I'd normally suggest something like that, but to be fair it is an old game and not so easy to come by.
Had a PC only as a kid, not complaining.
But you should be. [editline]22nd November 2011[/editline] You don't know what you missed, bro.
It seems like EVERYTIME I move I have to restart Chrono Trigger. The closest I've gotten to the end was in The Black Omen, but that was hard as shit.
first game i played on my first ever pc. takes me back...
Oh god, i remember this on 3.1, This and paint what the only game i was bothering to play when i was a young child.
This will always be my favorite RPG ever.

Only difference is I'm missing the Xbox 360, PS3, both DS's, Master System, SCD and Saturn, while you are missing the Atari 2600, Wii, and 3DS. How did you acquire the system boxes though, from buying them new or really lucky finds? Also, organized unorganized controller piles (with a bunch missing though)
Oh, yeah! [IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/jEIK8.jpg[/IMG_thumb] [IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/hcHyp.jpg[/IMG_thumb]

Wow, i actually forgot half a dosin of the games i had back in the day, the most memorable of which is Robocop, which is the greatest game of all time, for one reason, and one reason only. You are a robot. And you punch dogs.
Gateway 2 - Homeworld I fucking love old games
I remember playing a game almost exactly like this when I was small, I didn't know what the fuck to do and I think repeatedly got a quick game over by being arrested because I left the apartment without putting clothes on in the beginning. I don't know if it was the same game but was extremely similar, plot was something about a drug turning people into monsters and you investigating as a cop or something.

Basicly they try to find me the best deals. I will not be getting a Wii and or any Nintendo Ds because I simply dont enjoy these consoles but If I can find some really cheap ones Ill get them.
50%+ of Facepunch is younger than 15. More than half of facepunches first console was a goddamned playstation 2.
Fuck yeah, has to be one of my favorite series of games. Course the only hard part of this game was the level with death and even then it was just a matter of dodging those projectiles leading to his chamber. Then you got to death who shot mini heat seeking scythes like a mad man. After that it was smooth sailing for me at least. The real hard game was Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse. Now that game was a bitch. Even the jumping was difficult at times. Lots of cheap stair enemies in that game. Heh.

Still the original kicks so much ass.
50%+ of Facepunch is younger than 15. More than half of facepunches first console was a goddamned playstation 2.
Maybe. But there are some of us that still remember the old days. I'm 16, and I played all the great consoles we had back in the day.
One of my favourite games as a kid: I enjoyed Megaman games as a whole series, really.

The first game I ever played. I couldn't play for shit, but I still loved it, especially firestorm.
Don't blame you. That game is hard in comparison with red alert.
