I was on trial for loitering.
Luckily I have a sleeper jury person.

Sure it sounds bad when you put it like that, but 10 consecutive life sentences is a bit much.
How do you move around in this game? Every time I press one of the move keys I just leave the area.
So how do I move them to new bases? I'm hoping if I move the guy they want they won't raid me anymore.

That's because you move into an exit. W A D X to move. X replaces S because in most games S is down.

Wow that was crazy. Here's how it goes.
3 of my guys: 2 mp5's and a 9mm semiauto. We walk into Clay's Apartments. Bash a door open, a scientist comes up to us. His scientific method fails. We shoot him in the head after a couple of attempts and he dies. We continue down that hall to meet a journalist. We shoot him a few times. He asks for coffee. He gets shot in the body and dies. We go out to the main hallway, a security guard attempts to stop us. He fires and misses, we shoot him in the body and he dies. We run out, 3 cops cars are following us. After running a bit and exchanging gun fire, a stray bullet hits Claud Morley, my right hand. His head [b]blows to pieces[/b](that's what it told me), and he dies. We run a bit more, and a stray bullet hit one of my guys, and he breathes through his neck hole and is heavily wounded(lol). I'm like "shit we're fucked." We speed more and a truck pulls in our path. I swerve around it and slam into a building. Dead.

have to have high wis low heart
if a conservative guy dies under someone's watch they will most likely get depressed and lose 1-2 points in heart
My guy, Raymond Sawyer got shot while trying to steal a car. Some cops came over and he started to shoot them with an AK, he missed and the cops shot him into the leg 6 times. Raymond tried to run away but he got shot in the back. The end.

Not too bad considering in Judge Dredd (I know, not the same game but DEFINITELY a similar society) I arrested someone for smoking.
They got a life sentence.
And then a summary execution because I felt sorry for them.
