I just give them LSD till they go insane (When they start brooding or if they start to see reason.) then I stop giving them LSD, put them in a makeshift cell and talk to them for a few days.

Why is my money being taken away? Like everyday I get 10$ removed after moving away from my apartment.
Sure fire way to recruit: Make sure their wisdom is not too high from their heart(like 5 away max maybe). LSD straight for about 6 days. No attempts. Then put it in the cell, no LSD, and attempt. It should work.

A sleeper is part of the LCS, but they're undercover.
You can get them to uncover secrets, embezzle funds, steal equipment, or even attempt to convert people.
Getting a sleeper lawyer is a great idea, because you can hire them for only 100 dollars.
I just convinced someone to join the LCS, should I have them as a sleeper or as a regular member? The person is a hippie.
