I see.
I think that's Aphex Twin - Stone Focus.
It's actual name is Untitled 19 on Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works II album, but the album artwork which corresponded to the song is a stone in focus, hence the name. If you listen closely, you can hear the stone in the background noise.
I can see why someone would think it's scary, but I still feel like the song that plays in the beginning in the bathroom scene when David takes his pills is much more creepy.
Lavender Town, water monsters, and Ravenholm.

Memories... I remember playing these games years ago. I don't think I slept for an entire week afterwards.

I found these guys to be more panic scares than actually scary scares.

How is that scary anyway. When they told me about the eye contact, I said "fuck it" and got my shotgun. No one escaped the justice.
HOPEFULLY IT WON'T BE ON EPISODE 3.
I very much hope it will. Someone suggested that there could be a level where you have to cross a frozen gulf or lake or something, and the things would crash through the ice to get you. To avoid being eaten, you would constantly have to move around and not stop for one second.
That would be fantastic.
Are you kidding me? I fucking hate that place. So many zombies. Father Grigori is a boss. It'd make for an awesome short book/comic to find out what happened to him and the history of Ravenholm.
Anyway. I find the Ayleid ruins really fucking creepy. They're all extremely beautiful, but extremely dangerous. However, I do like avoiding the traps. It increases the immersion for me.
Ravenholm was pretty much canister-ed to shit with headcrabs. Thats about it.

There is just something about this system that creeps me the fuck out.
I have no idea why. It is probably the weird ass games on it, Like Seaman for example.

I hate in Oblivion or New Vegas, when you're sneaking in an abandoned building when suddenly your thing goes from Hidden to danger and you have no idea where the fuck your enemy is until he's breathing down your neck.

This is why I always sneak through every dungeon in Oblivion/FO3 - getting the attention of an enemy 500 feet away and getting jumped from behind isn't fun.
D
I love that game.
Downloading LSD: Dream emulator Right now...
It looks pretty creepy. I looked on Ebay for a copy on PS1, but I couldn't find anything. It just adds to the creepiness that I can't find any information about this game anywhere else.

Download did not work, Now I have no idea where to find this game

I doubt it. I don't think the Ichthyosaur can survive on extremely cold waters. We've only seen it on the Black Mesa Facility and according to the Half-Life wikia it's been on Challenger Deep aswell. It could be another fish, though.
But still god fucking damn it if that's true I probably won't ever get past that chapter.
Am I the only one who finds giant enemies fucking terrifying?
Makes perfect sense, since something bigger than you can pose a significant threat.
Also, how giant are we talking about? Are we talking Hulk-sized or Godzilla-sized? (or even bigger?)

I'm talking Godzilla sized or bigger.
Indeed, it's logical to be afraid of such things, since they can squish you into crunchy goo. Best for one to keep their distance and pelt them with Magic Missiles or rocket-propelled grenades.
Giant monsters are so much fun to fight.
